3. User Accounts and Registration

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. RapidHAZOP reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RapidHAZOP does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. RapidHAZOP software is a tool to assist HAZOP studies. It does not replace the judgment of qualified process safety professionals. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their HAZOP analyses and any decisions made based on outputs from the software.
