Trial licenses are limited to 7 days, 1 project, 1 node, 10 deviation rows, 15MB of storage, and produce watermarked PDF exports.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to submit your name, email address, company name, and related information through our trial request or contact forms. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any license keys or access credentials provided to you and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Site and within the Services are the property of RapidHAZOP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use RapidHAZOP's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent.
Paid subscriptions are processed through our third-party payment provider (FastSpring). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. RapidHAZOP reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RapidHAZOP does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
RapidHAZOP software is a tool to assist HAZOP studies. It does not replace the judgment of qualified process safety professionals. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their HAZOP analyses and any decisions made based on outputs from the software.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RapidHAZOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
RapidHAZOP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that is otherwise harmful to other users, RapidHAZOP, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
RapidHAZOP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
